UPTET 2019 का आवेदन जो लोग भी करना चाहते है, जो इसके लिए योग्य है वो UP TET 2019 का ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भर सकते है ।  TET का Full Form –Teacher Eligibility Test.अगर आप Teacher बनना चाहते है तो आप को ग्राजुएशन के बाद Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or BTC या B.ed की Degree होनी चाहिए तो आप TET का आवेदन कर सकते है ।

1.	Please read the instructions and procedures carefully and keep all the necessary information and scanned images(s) of Photograph, Signature ready before you start filling the On-Line Registration Form. a personal Mobile Number and / or a personal E-Mail ID. कृपया ऑन-लाइन आवेदन पत्र भरने से पहले निर्देशों और प्रक्रियाओं को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें और सभी आवश्यक जानकारी और तस्वीर, हस्ताक्षर के स्कैन की गई छवियों को  साथ रखें। आप व्यक्तिगत मोबाइल नंबर और / या निजी ई-मेल आईडी भी तैयार रखें ।
2.	Candidates have to apply ONLINE ONLY. उम्मीदवारों को ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होगा
3. 4.	The Registration Fee is Rs 600/- for candidates of General & OBC category , Rs 400/- for SC/ST candidates and Rs 100/- for VI /HI /OH candidates. पंजीकरण शुल्क Rs 600/- सामान्य और ओबीसी श्रेणी के लिए , Rs 400/- अनु. जाति /  जनजाति उम्मीदवारों के लिए और Rs 100/- विकलांग उम्मीदवारों के लिए।
6.	Candidate’s Name in the Registration Form must be the same as registered in Qualifying Examination. उम्मीदवार का नाम आवेदन फॉर्म में होना चाहिए, जैसा कि योग्यता परीक्षा में पंजीकृत है।
7.	Registration Procedure: 3 Simple Steps to be followed  पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया: 3 सरल चरणों का पालन किया जाना चाहिए Step 1:  Online filling of Registration Form: चरण 1: ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण फॉर्म भरना:Candidates will be required to fill the online Registration form. After successful submission, an Registration number gets generated that will be used for future reference.For subsequent login, system generated Registration No. and Date Of Birth will be used. Candidate must give a working and Correct MOBILE NO And Working Email Idउम्मीदवारों को ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरना होगा । सफलतापूर्वक प्रस्तुत करने के बाद, एक आवेदन संख्या आबंटित की जाएगी, जिसका इस्तेमाल भविष्य के संदर्भ के लिए किया जाएगा । बाद के लागइन के लिए, सिस्टम जनरेटेड आवेदन संख्या और OTP का उपयोग किया जाएगा।Step 2:  Registration Verification: चरण 2: पंजीकरण सत्यापन:• The candidate has to Fill Registration No (Received on Mobile) and OTP (Received on Email Id) For Verifying their Registration Details with Mobile No and Email id ”.  to verify the Registration   Candidate has to fill his/her Qualification and Exam related detailed Only valid candidate(Please Refer UP-TET 2019 G.O. Dated 17-10-2019 ) will be allowed to fill the form. There will be no Changes/Correction allowed after Verification.उम्मीदवार आबंटित आवेदन संख्या (मोबाइल पर प्राप्त) और OTP (ईमेल पर प्राप्त) को आवेदन , मोबाइल तथा ईमेल के सत्यापन करने के लिए भरना होगा । सत्यापन करने के बाद, आवेदन में कोई भी प्रविष्टि  बदली  नहीं जा सकेगीStep 3:  Fee Payment: चरण 3: शुल्क भुगतान:• Payment by Debit/Credit Card: The candidate has to select Debit/Credit Card option to pay the fee and follow the instruction to complete the payment process. After successful payment, candidate will be able to print the “Fill Complete Registration Form”.  to complete the Processडेबिट / क्रेडिट कार्ड / नेट बैंकिंग द्वारा भुगतान: उम्मीदवार को फीस का भुगतान करने के लिए डेबिट / क्रेडिट / नेट बैंकिंग कार्ड विकल्प चुनना होगा और भुगतान प्रक्रिया को पूरा करने के लिए निर्देश का पालन करना होगा। सफल भुगतान के बाद, उम्मीदवार “Fill Complete Registration Form”.  to complete the ProcessStep 4:  Online Uploading of Scanned Images: चरण 4: स्कैन किए गए छवियों की ऑनलाइन अपलोडिंग: Uploading of scanned Photo, signature are mandatory for all candidates. सभी उम्मीदवारों के लिए स्कैन फोटो, हस्ताक्षर अपलोड करना अनिवार्य है । Scanned Images should be in JPG format. Candidates are required to upload all images in one-go. Partial uploading is not allowed. स्कैन की गई छवियां JPG प्रारूप में होनी चाहिए। उम्मीदवारों को एक-समय में सभी छवियां अपलोड करने की आवश्यकता है आंशिक अपलोड की अनुमति नहीं है ।  Photographs: Size must be between 10 KB to 50 KB. फोटो: आकार 10 KB से 50 KB के बीच होना चाहिए।  Signature: Size must be between 5 KB to 20 KB . हस्ताक्षर: आकार 5 KB से 20 KB के बीच होना चाहिए। **NOTE : The Candidate will be able to modify/correct the particulars before the image upload. ** नोट: अभ्यर्थी छवि अपलोड करने से पहले विवरणों को संशोधित / सुधारने में सक्षम होंगे। Download and keep a copy of the confirmation page. 8.	After final submission of an Registration, no entries in the Registration Form can be changed at a later stage. आवेदन जमा करने के बाद, आवेदन पत्र में कोई भी प्रविष्टि  बदली  नहीं जा सकेगी ।
9.	The REGISTRATION Number printed on the computer generated “Confirmation Page” must be mentioned in all future correspondences. It is therefore essential to note down the REGISTRATION NUMBER printed on the Confirmation Page. कम्प्यूटर पर छपी आवेदन संख्या “पुष्टि पृष्ठ” सभी भावी पत्राचारों में वर्णित होना चाहिए। इसलिए पुष्टि पृष्ठ पर मुद्रित आवेदन संख्या को ध्यान में रखना आवश्यक है।
10.	Registration fee is non-refundable. पंजीकरण शुल्क गैर-वापसी योग्य है
